Inc. of Sunbury, Pennsylvania, established 1888, and one Wayne Turkey Growing Mash sack distributed through their mill. one leg carries the ornate Blank & Gottshall shield logo with "Established 1888" printed in full. the other carries a detailed illustrated turkey, bold and centered on cream cotton.
Blank & Gottshall is one of the oldest feed companies to appear in any sack in this collection. founded the same year the first electric streetcar ran in the United States, operating out of central Pennsylvania through the Great Depression and beyond.
